JC Lawn Service

Services

Everything we do —in plain English.

We’ll quote any of these on-site. The price you get is the price you pay — no surprise add-ons, no upsells.

  • Weekly Mowing

Same morning every week, sharp blades, edged borders, walks blown clean. Cut height tuned for Cedar Park heat.

Weekly or every-other-week service, scheduled for the same morning so you know when we are coming. Sharp blades on every visit, mulch-cut by default, height stepped up in July and August so the St. Augustine and Bermuda hold moisture through the worst of it. Edged at every visit, drives and walks blown clean before we leave.

  • Edging & Trimming

Power-edged borders, careful trim around posts and trees, blown-clean finish. The detail folks notice from the curb.

Power-edged lines along beds, walks, and drives that stay sharp the full week. String-trim around fences, posts, mailboxes, and trees a mower cannot reach. Final blower pass so nothing carries onto the patio or street.

  • Leaf & Seasonal Cleanup

Big leaf hauls in fall, winter dead-growth reset in spring. Beds, gutters from the ground, and the back fence line included.

Two big resets a year. Fall: bag the leaf piles, blow the beds and gutters clean from the ground, cut back what wants cutting, prep the lawn for cool-season dormancy. Spring: pull winter mulch, refresh edges, cut perennials back, get beds ready for the warm season.

Starts at $85 · per visit

  • Bed Maintenance & Mulch

Hand-pulled weeds, fresh hardwood or cedar mulch at the right depth, perennials pruned in season.

Hand-pulled weeds (no spray near edibles unless you ask). Fresh mulch top-up every spring and fall to a steady 2 to 3 inches — keeps moisture in, weeds suppressed, beds looking like someone tends them.

  • Stone Patios & Walkways

Pavers, flagstone, and natural-stone walkways set on a proper compacted base. Built to last past one Texas summer.

Concrete pavers, flagstone, or natural stone, set on compacted base with geotextile underlayment and polymeric sand. We do the boring foundational work right so the surface stays level a decade later. Customers in Cedar Park and Leander have us back when they want to expand the original install.

  • Water Features & Backyard Builds

Pondless waterfalls, small water gardens, pathway-and-rock landscape projects from sketch to finish.

Backyard refresh projects — pondless waterfalls, small water gardens, rock-and-plant pathway runs, retaining-wall builds. We sketch a plan, walk it with you, and bring it in within the agreed budget. Several installs across Cedar Park and Lakeway over the past few seasons.

  • Xeriscape & Drought Beds

Agave, yucca, native Texas grasses, decomposed granite paths — beds that look sharp on the city watering schedule.

Drought-tolerant beds tuned for the Edwards Plateau soil and Cedar Park’s watering rules. Native and adapted plants (agave, yucca, salvia, muhly grass), decomposed-granite paths, boulder anchors, and a planting plan that fills in over a season instead of needing constant water.

  • Pergolas & Yard Builds

Cedar pergolas, gazebos, and small structures on existing patios — built once, sealed right.

Cedar pergolas and gazebos sized to your patio, sealed against Texas sun, anchored properly so they last. We coordinate with whatever electrician or stain crew you already use, or bring in folks we trust if you do not have one.

Most weekly customers add cleanups, mulch, and the odd hardscape job — there’s usually a flat-rate way to handle that.
